Where recorded hospitality fires occurred
Restaurants and cafés accounted for the largest number in this defined dataset. That does not establish a per-premises rate because the public data does not provide a matching denominator for the number, size or operating hours of venues.

Monthly and time-of-day patterns
These charts combine the five premises groups over 2021–2025. They show when calls were recorded, not when a hazard first developed.

LFB audit records for licensed premises and hotels
The separate LFB audit workbook identifies “Licensed Premises” and “Hotel” property uses. It does not provide a standalone restaurant category, so restaurant audit figures are not inferred.
In 2025 it records 655 audit rows across those two published uses.
